Your device model, the app you use and what you can see on the screen. For account questions, include the username on your subscription. Never send us a password for your email or bank.
How do I know I am really talking to you?
Our only WhatsApp number is +212781768546 and our email is [email protected]. If someone contacts you from anywhere else claiming to be us, stop and check with us on one of these first.
Does it cost anything to message you on WhatsApp?
Not from us. WhatsApp messages use your internet connection or mobile data, and your normal data charges apply if you are not on Wi-Fi.
