Terms of Use
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms apply when you use this website or subscribe to our service. By doing either, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.
Who can subscribe
You must be an adult who can enter into a contract where you live. You are responsible for checking that using the service is allowed in your location.
What you are buying
You are buying access for a fixed period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months to an internet television service, along with support. You need your own internet connection and a compatible device.
Content and availability
Channels, on-demand titles and events can be added, changed or removed at any time. We do not promise that any particular channel, program or event will be available, either at all or for the whole of your plan. Please ask us first if a specific item matters to you.
The service can be interrupted by maintenance, faults or events outside our control. It should not be relied on for emergency information.
Your account
- Keep your login details private.
- Use the service for personal, household viewing only, on no more screens than your plan allows.
- Do not resell, rebroadcast, record for distribution or publicly show the service without our written agreement.
- Do not use it for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt it.
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our plans page. The price the desk confirms when you order is the price you pay. We may change prices for future purchases, but not for a plan you have already paid for.
Refunds and cancellation
See our refund policy and cancellation rights.
Third-party apps and devices
Player apps and devices are made by other companies, and their own terms apply. We do not control them, and they may change or stop working on particular models.
Intellectual property
Content available through the service belongs to its respective owners. If you believe your rights are affected, see our DMCA policy.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we provide the service "as is" and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you order apply to that order.
