On demand
Movies and series, whenever you sit down
Alongside live channels, your plan includes an on-demand library you can browse in your player app. Here is how it works, and how to find something to watch.

Live TV and on demand: what is the difference?
Live
Plays on a schedule, like regular TV. It is what you want for news and sports, and for the feeling of having something on.
On demand
You choose what and when, then you can pause it and come back to it. It is also more forgiving on your internet, because the app can load ahead.
Finding something to watch
A big library can be its own problem. Here are a few habits that help.

Search before you scroll
If you have a title in mind, search by name. Spelling matters more than it does on big streaming apps.
Browse by category
Most player apps sort the library by genre, language or year.
Build a watchlist
Save things as you spot them, so you are not starting from nothing on a Friday night.
Set a parental PIN
Many player apps can lock adult categories. Set this up first if children use the TV.
On-demand questions
Can you tell me if a particular movie or series is available?
Yeah, ask.
Send us the title. We will tell you what we can see today. Libraries change, so we cannot promise it will stay there.
Why does the on-demand section look different on my phone and TV?
The layout comes from your player app, and each app and device displays things differently. The library is the same.
Are subtitles available?
Often, but not always.
It depends on the title and your player app. Look for a subtitle option while it is playing. If subtitles are essential for you, tell us before you pay.
Can I download things to watch offline?
Do not count on it.
The service is designed for streaming, so you should plan to have an internet connection when you watch.
Looking for something specific?
Send us the titles you want, and we will check them before you pay.
