How to find your model number
It is the quickest way for us to give you a definite answer.
On a TV
Look at the sticker on the back, or open Settings, then Support or About. A photo of the sticker is fine.
On a Fire TV Stick
Open Settings, then My Fire TV, then About.
On a phone or tablet
Open Settings and then About phone, or General and About on Apple devices.
Do you need to buy anything?
Usually not. Your first move should be to check what you already own.
If your TV is too old or its apps are slow, a recent streaming stick is usually the most affordable fix. Please ask us before you buy one, because we can suggest what to look for and what to avoid.
Whatever you use, your connection matters as much as the device. Run the ten-minute internet check before deciding it is the TV's fault.

Cannot find your device?
Send us the model number or a photo of the sticker. We will tell you straight whether it will work.
