Refund Policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
Talk to us first, because most problems can be fixed. If it cannot be put right, here is how a refund request works. The window that applies to your order is confirmed in writing before you pay.
When you can ask
The refund window for your order is the one the desk confirms in writing when you order. Ask us if you cannot find it in your message thread.
We are most likely to approve a request when:
- The service will not work on a device we told you was compatible, and we could not fix it together.
- You paid but did not receive your login details and we could not resolve it.
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
When a refund may not apply
- The request comes after the refund window has closed.
- The problem comes from your internet connection or a device that we told you was not suitable.
- You simply did not use the service during your plan.
- The account was used in breach of our terms of use, such as sharing the login outside your household.
Nothing on this page takes away any rights you have under the law where you live.
How to ask
- Message the desk on WhatsApp or email [email protected].
- Give us your name, your account username, your payment reference and a short description of what went wrong.
- We will look at your request and, where we can, try to fix the problem.
- We will give you our decision in writing, along with the reason.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back through the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the money takes to reach you. Fees your bank has charged for an international payment may not be recoverable.
If you bought from another website
We can only deal with orders placed through this website and our own support line. If you paid a different seller with a similar name, you will need to contact them.
Not happy with our answer?
Tell us why and we will have another look. You can also contact your payment provider, or a consumer protection agency where you live.
