How to pay us, and how to know it is really us
Sending money to a streaming service you found online deserves some care. Here is how payment works here, and what to watch out for wherever you buy.
What we will do
- Tell you the exact amount in writing before you pay
- Tell you the available ways to pay in the same thread

- Send you confirmation once payment arrives
What we will never do
- Ask for your card PIN or a one-time security code
- Ask for the password to your email or bank
- Rush you with a countdown or a "last chance" message
- Ask you to pay a different amount than we agreed
Before you send money
A short check for any online seller
Check the address
Our website is yeahiptvhd.com. Other sellers use similar names, and a small spelling change can be a different business.
Find the terms
A real seller shows you its refund terms and who to contact. Ours are in our refund policy.
Consider how you pay
Where you can, choose a method that gives you some protection. Gift cards, cryptocurrency and transfers to personal accounts are very hard to reverse, wherever you use them.
Keep the record
Save the chat, the amount and your payment reference. You will need them if something goes wrong.
If something feels off
Someone messaged me claiming to be Yeah IPTV. Is it you?

I think I paid a fake seller. What should I do?
Contact your bank or payment provider straight away, and keep the evidence. In the US you can report it to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. For internet crime, you can also report to the FBI's IC3 at ic3.gov.
Why is the amount I was charged different?
Your bank may add a currency or international fee, which is separate from our price. If the amount does not match what we agreed, send us your payment reference.
