The short version: we collect what we need to sell you the service and support you, we do not sell your personal information, and you can ask us what we hold.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
- Order details, including the plan you chose, its dates and your account username.
- Support information, such as your device model and anything you send us in a message, including photos of your screen.
- Technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, which appears in standard server logs.
Please do not send us your card number, or a password for another service. We do not need them.
Why we use it
- To provide your subscription and help you set it up.
- To answer your questions and fix problems.
- To keep records of orders and refunds, and meet legal obligations.
- To protect the website and service from misuse.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us operate, such as our website host, email provider and payment provider, and when the law requires it. WhatsApp is run by a separate company, so its own privacy policy applies to messages you send there.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order and support records for as long as you have an account and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can handle questions and meet record-keeping requirements. Website logs are kept for a shorter time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have further rights. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

Children
Our service is for adults who can enter into a contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or messaging service is completely secure.
